GripeO seeks to accomplish this innovation in a variety of ways. As a free service, consumers can quickly and easily file product and service complaints in one consolidated location, and authenticated businesses are encouraged to close those complaints by offering new discounts and savings on future purchases. Complaints that are left open are then offered for purchase in a “Complaint Marketplace” where competitive businesses can buy the complaint in hopes of stealing away new customers with enticing incentives.
The innovative new model is not something that’s lost on Z80Labs’ Chief Principal Innovationist, Dan Magnuszewski.
