Q-Suite Enhances its CTI Library with the Release of Additional API to Playback Recordings During Active Calls

This enhancement to Q-Suite CTI library for Asterisk, allows developers using its .NET and socket API to build functionality into agent console applications that playback recordings on demand during customer interaction.
