Project KickStart Pro 5 Launches With Efficiency Feature Focus

Project KickStart Pro 5, the latest release from Project KickStart, launched today and includes new features that helps customers to be more efficient. The increased efficiency results from a new project dashboard, an updated user interface and new resource import capabilities.

Our response was to adjust our product roadmap to specifically look for those enhancements that could make customers more efficient and specify features that could be coded relatively quickly over the last couple of months."

Project KickStart Pro 5 provides key features to make customers more efficient, including:

Dashboard / Reporting: We've introduced a project dashboard so customers can quickly assess what is due Today, Next Week, or Next Month. The new report interface provides easy access to project data to keep everyone associated with the project up-to-date and on the same page.
Import Contacts: Project KickStart Pro 5 has added flexibility in getting your contacts and resources into the application. The ability to import your coworkers, partners, or other resources from a comma separated value (CSV) means less time copy and pasting or inputting those resources manually and more time accomplishing your project goals.
Templates: We have included over ten new templates with Project KickStart Pro 5 which can serve as a model to help you build your own projects, or you can just customize them to suite your needs.
Gantt Chart: The Gantt chart has enhanced stability when using project dependencies.
Updated User Interface: Pro 5 has a more contemporary look and color scheme, making it even easier to use for increased efficiency, faster adoption, and improved output quality. Customers can also edit font color and size of the project data for better readability.
Preferences: Customers can set the program font size and color to their preference. Allowing customers to choose their default directories for projects, templates and contacts will save time and increase efficiency, especially in a multi-user environment. Finally, customers can choose to automatically set dependencies as a project default.
