More than half of Brits have cut impulse buying because of the economic climate, but one in seven admit to regretting drunken online purchases

A new study has revealed that even though the majority of Brits are scaling back on their impulse buys, one in seven of us have shopped online after a drink or two and regretted it in the past year.

These findings coincide with news that Britain is officially back in recession forcing millions up and down the country to tighten their purse strings. But it would seem even the best intentions can go awry should you browse online after a tipple.
