TechSherpas, a leading Technical Training and Consulting firm and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, recently announced new ownership. Randy Dempsey, current President and Chief Executive Officer, has purchased the company after several months of negotiation with its previous owners. WRD Management Corporation though an Asset Purchase acquired ownership of TechSherpas on April 30, 2007.

Dempsey has been in the Information Technology industry for over 15 years; the past 5 years at TechSherpas as its Vice President and General Manager. Last year he became a member of the Board of Directors and was elected liaison to oversee all operational aspects of the company and partnerships. In addition to his new ownership role, he will remain responsible for the day-to-day operations of TechSherpas.

Dempsey has over 20 years' experience providing integrated solutions for Information and Healthcare Technology and has been with TechSherpas since 2003. In addition to his new ownership role, he will continue to provide TechSherpas leadership in creating integrated solutions for clients nationwide while building on his existing technology relationships.

Lastly, TechSherpas will focus on delivering services to customers in ways that are convenient for them and maximize their learning experience. They will do this by creating more training offerings that are currently delivered. TechSherpas will build more curricula that are self-paced, but supported by expert mentoring to give customers the most time-efficient and flexible solutions possible. They will broaden the use of their online capabilities to offer a shorter, crisper seminar that today's busy professionals value.
