InovaWave DXtreme Named Best of TechEd 2007 Awards Finalist

Austin, Texas (PRWEB) June 1, 2007

InovaWave DXtreme for Windows has been named as a finalist for the Best of TechEd 2007 Awards in the Windows Server Infrastructure category. The overall winner in this category will be determined at TechEd 2007 in Orlando, FL, and the winner will be announced on June 6th at 7:00 p.m. at a reception hosted by Windows IT Pro at the Peabody Hotel.

The awards program is conducted by Penton Media's Windows IT Pro, SQL Server Magazine, and Office & SharePoint The field included more than 260 products, and finalists were selected based on strategic importance to the market, competitive advantages, and customer value, following a technical evaluation.

"With so many phenomenal products in the virtualization market, it's an honor to be recognized for delivering technology that truly makes a difference," said Founder, Terry Ferose. "Being recognized by industry leaders further validates that improving performance of virtual machines and increasing consolidation ratios is essential for successful server virtualization."

InovaWave DXtreme is the industry's first software solution proven to more than double the performance of server and desktop virtual machines and the applications that run on them. As a result, organizations are able to extend their virtualization efforts to include high I/O workloads while increasing their server consolidation ratios - effectively accelerating savings from virtualization.

InovaWave will provide live demonstrations of DXtreme at the Microsoft TechEd conference being held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, June 4th-8th. Attendees are encouraged to get a firsthand view of server virtualization before and after installing DXtreme at the InovaWave booth (No. 1028). Information about the DXtreme product suite, including free trial downloads can be found at
