Tech Consulting Firm Serving Non-profits Makes Another Move for Expansion

Arlington, VA (PRWEB) August 9, 2010

Get Efficient, a technology integration consulting firm with a unique insight and understanding of non-profit challenges and needs, adds another tech maven to its team of sought-after experts.

Get Efficient, a female-owned enterprise, announced that it is expanding its operations and bringing Debbie McGeady on board as the Senior Director of Business Intelligence. McGeady will manage Get Efficient’s efforts to deliver process improvement, project management, web applications and system integration services to its growing list of clients that includes American Academy of Physicians Assistants, National Recreation & Park Association, Mortgage Bankers Association, American Board of Opticianry and National Content Lens Examiners.

“My role is a dream. I get to help companies leverage their data assets to make better business decisions for their membership. I really enjoy the non-profit space because I know what I do actually counts and it supports my view that we should leave this earth better than we found it,” McGeady said.

“We are excited to have Debbie on board,” said Brandie Fennell, Get Efficient Founder and Chief Solutions Architect. “We have experienced tremendous growth in a short time, and are on the fast track. Our team is the key to success. We have a tight group of experts who have worked together for more than 20 years in various capacities. Teamwork and collaboration are at the core of our business philosophy. That’s what we deliver to our clients as well as practice in the office. Debbie not only embodies these qualities, she knows how to put them into action. That coupled with her technological brilliance and curiosity for all things high-tech, Debbie will be an invaluable member of the team.”

Just in her first week, McGeady hit the ground running leading initiatives with AAPA and NRPA to streamline back-office processes through deployment of online solutions leveraging Advanced Solutions International’s (ASI) iMIS 15.0 software.

McGeady made her mark in the tech industry more than 20 years ago when she became the unofficial tech master for the law firm where she was employed. She kick started her official tech career as Database Administrator at Independent Insurance Agents of America. She built her tech savvy reputation with iMIS resellers serving associations and validated her expertise by earning the MCDBA and MCSE certifications.

Founded in 2009, Get Efficient was inducted into the Chairman’s Circle by ASI at its 12th annual iNNOVATIONS partner conference held in Austin, Texas. The honor recognized Get Efficient’s outstanding overall performance with regards to supporting iMIS software thru the efficient use of tools and technology.
