Charles Wuischpard Appointed Penguin Computing Chief Executive Officer

Penguin Computing today announced that Charles Wuischpard, president of Worldwide Field Operations since March 2007, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer succeeding Frank Matson, who will join vSpring Capital, a venture capital firm and investor in Penguin Computing, as an Executive in Residence.

Wuischpard, 44, has over 24 years of experience in the high technology industry including 17 years at IBM where he held various sales and sales management positions, and subsequently various senior management posts in Silicon Valley with both public and private companies.
