Tungsten Graphics reorganizes and realigns Executive Staff

Tungsten Graphics, inc., premiere provider of Graphics infrastructure software and services announced today a reorganization and realignment of its executive staff.    

Ken Mulcahy, formally Director of Sales & Marketing, has been named President. Ken brings a diverse background of executive management, sales, marketing, and operations management. Prior to this appointment, Ken held various sales and management roles at VA Software, General Electric, and Marconi Instruments, plc. Ken spent seven years as president of his own company, as a reseller serving government and private sectors. Ken holds a BS Accounting, Information Systems from California State University.

Jens Owen, formally Director of Engineering, has been named COO & CTO. Jens brings over fifteen years of focused computer graphics development and management experience to Tungsten Graphics. Over the past four years Jens has created and led the open source industries premier 3D technology team. Professional experience includes Director of Engineering and Founder of Precision Insight, Engineering Manager at VA Linux Systems, Engineering Manager for a small X Server development company, and Graphics Software Developer for Hewlett Packard's Workstation Division. Jens holds a BSCS from Colorado State University.

Arleen LaMonica, formally Financial Controller, has been named CFO. Arleen holds a BS in Accounting from Moorhead State University in Moorhead, Minn., and is a licensed CPA. Over the past fifteen years, her business experience has spanned all major areas of finance and accounting. Previous employers include Coopers and Lybrand, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Artists Entertainment, Life Partners Group, Vibrant Graphics, Precision Insight, and the Office of Attorney General for the State of Texas.
