Inchcape Toyota staff and customers are cycling 3,381 miles on static bikes to raise money for the cause – the equivalent of riding from Derby to New York.

Signs Express centre Director Steve Jarvis was one such participant, riding to help raise valuable funds for a trust, set up in aid of 16-month-old Harriet Gregory, who has mystery multiple health problems and needs machines to keep her alive. Her family aim to raise funds to build her a special room at her Spondon home.

Other participants included former Leicester City football stars Steve Walsh and Muzzy Izzet along with two Heart FM radio presenters.

Steve said, “We were very happy to help out on the challenge and hope that the banner increases awareness of the charity.”

The static bike ride is just one of the activities planned at Inchcape Toyota in Derby. Rugby and Strictly Come Dancing star Gavin Henson has donated his dancing shoes and a signed picture of Rams and Nottingham Forest legend John McGovern, lifting the European Cup will be auctioned amongst other items. John is pictured cycling with Steve, either side of a Toyota customer.

Signs Express (Derby) provides a complete design, manufacture and fitting service for all kinds of signage from interior and exterior signs to vehicle graphics, banners and exhibition displays. For more information or call 01332 769450.
